Penny FenskeAs a clinical counsellor who hails from South Africa and works with children, youth, and families, I feel a responsibility to care for our Zambian single mothers and their children – widows and orphans of our time. For the last 15 years, I have been fortunate to live and work in Victoria, BC – a community where I want for nothing. I have an amazing daughter, Simone, and grandson, Noah.
Deborah MorrisI am a Canadian entrepreneur passionate about developing sustainable opportunities for people who have found themselves marginalized and at risk of being trafficked and exploited. I recently lived in India for six years consulting with businesses focused on developing freedom strategies for trafficked women in Kolkata. I am excited to support the continued strengthening of the Noah Logan Society, a grass roots organization uplifting at-risk women and their children in Zambia. I holds a Sociology degree in gender issues and peace building and is currently working on a master’s program in Organizational Leadership.
Heidi WoodsI have served with various ministries and countries over the last 30 years, most recently in Ethiopia and Indonesia. In my local community of Victoria, BC, Canada, I have been involved with The Cridge Centre for the Family’s Dovetail program, was instrumental in starting the Justice Van Society, and have volunteered with The Mustard Street Food Bank/Street Church. I currently live in Sidney, BC, and love spending lots of time with my two grandchildren. I am delighted to be a part of The Noah Logan Society – an organization whose philosophy is very close to my heart.
